Schwips
The birth of the Schwipses leads us into the year 1999. Our first sparkling wine was filled - alone, the name was missing. A select circle of relatives and acquaintances had been gathered together, the first bottles had been emptied, the conversations far from naming; but everyone involved happy and funny - and tipsy. Well, then we called it "Tipsy" - "Schwips" ...
And because the brainstorming at the baptism has worked so well, we have tried it again with the labels of the organic semi-sparkling wine that is being produced since 2009 from organic wine. The questions: How else can one say to "Schwips"? And: What else could be achieved?
