Notes

It all begins in the vineyard. Black soil, 12 to 16-year-old vines. St. Laurent brings depth and finesse. Harvested as a rosé, it shows its calm side: restrained in fruit, clear in structure.

The grapes are selectively harvested by hand and pressed directly as whole berries. Spontaneous fermentation, six months of rest on the fine lees.

A rosé with excitement and lightness. Fine, juicy, balanced. Perfect as day turns into evening.
