14 to 29-year-old vineyards with gravel soil and loamy subsoil.
The Zweigelt grapes were harvested by hand and selected during the harvest. Maceration was carried out pneumatically in stainless steel fermentation tanks; maceration time: 6 days. The malolactic fermentation and further aging took place in large wooden barrels.
