7-year-old vineyard with poor pebble soil.
The Blütenmuskateller grapes (a PiWi variety (fungus-resistant)) were harvested by hand and selected directly during the harvest. The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed with the feet and pressed on the same day. Spontaneous and uncooled fermentation. The Blütenmuskateller was stored on the fine lees for 6 months and matured in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
