24-year-old vineyard with gravel soil and loamy subsoil.
The Pinot Noir grapes were harvested very selectively by hand. The Pinot Noir fermented spontaneously in whole berries (16 days maceration, manual mash circulation), malolactic fermentation and further aging took place in large wooden barrels. Only minimal sulphur was added during vinification. The Pinot Noir SEAHORSE was bottled unfiltered.
