32-year-old vines from the Rosenberg vineyard.
The Zweigelt grapes were selectively harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, manual circulation of the mash. Maceration time: 12 days. The malolactic fermentation and further aging took place in 500-liter wooden barrels. Only minimal sulphur was added during vinification.
