Naturbursch (Nature Boy)

bright & clear intro, cool but immediately likeable, because our Naturbursch comes along with shining eyes, meadow herbs in the hair - or rather: beard, a pretty relaxed guy, fresh rock flour trickling from his strong hands, with a whimsical smile he presents us a bouquet of elderflowers & lime-tree blossoms, pear-ginger sorbet streaming from his wine glass, an exotic kick of carambola, what a vitalizing meeting, lean succulence - obviously not a contradiction, nashi & lemongrass, thanks to his bittersweet charm a gastronomically universal companion, during at least 4 seasons
