27-year-old vineyard with loamy soil.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested by hand and selected directly in the vineyard. After a moderate standing time, the mash was briefly heated. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and was stopped by filtration to preserve the residual sugar. Further aging took place in stainless steel tanks.
