It all begins in the vineyard. Barren gravel soil, a 33-year-old vineyard, lots of peace and quiet.

Pinot Blanc is a grape variety known for its restraint. It does not impose itself, but remains. It reveals its origin through texture, not volume.

The grapes are harvested by hand, selected, and gently crushed by foot. Spontaneous fermentation, six months of rest on the fine lees.

A wine with clarity and depth. Fine, calm, balanced. An expression of origin and trust.
