33-year-old vineyards with poor gravel soil.
The Veltliner grapes were harvested by hand and selected directly during the harvest.
 The grapes were lightly crushed with the feet and pressed on the same day; fermentation took place spontaneously and uncooled. The Grüner Veltliner spent 6 months on the fine lees and matured in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
