Schwips rosé – all the berries of the forest – fine bubbles, light and breezy like pink candy floss, charming and playful residual sweetness.

The Zweigelt grapes were selectively harvested by hand. After whole bunch pressing, fermentation started spontaneously and was stopped by filtration to preserve the residual sugar. The Schwips rosé (organic sparkling wine) was matured in stainless steel tanks and bottled with carbon dioxide.
