Not a wine for those stuck in their ways.

It is made from Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, and St. Laurent grapes – and time. Spontaneously fermented, aged for ten years in used 500-liter barrels. Patience shapes its character.

Herbs, cool spice, fine astringency. No primary aroma, but structure and attitude.  The baboon sits on the rock to see further. This wine invites you to change your perspective.

Served ice cold, even on ice. An aperitif and digestif at the same time. A lovely creature with seriousness and playfulness.
