Naturbursch (Nature Boy) 2019



The Naturbursch 2019 is a blend from Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon blanc and Welschriesling. It smells very fresh of icy fruits - with a touch of herbal spice. The palate is straight, fine and elegant, mineral with grip. A characterful drinking fun!

Not only the wine, but also the label comes from the vineyard: The color of the primer comes directly from the grapes, the words "Naburbursch" was composed of pieces of wood. The "nature boy" animals come from the ink pen of Karin Weinhandel. All of this then combined her into a wonderful whole in a wonderful collage.

Harvest by hand in September 2019, gentle pressing - mostly whole bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation in a stainless steel tank, 5 months storage on the lees, maturing in a stainless steel tank
