A Pinot Blanc that dances on the tongue with chalk dust and saltiness. Focused, linear, juicy!

32-year-old vineyard with poor gravel soil.
The Pinot Blanc grapes were harvested by hand and selected directly during the harvest. The grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed with the feet; 1 day of maceration. Fermentation took place spontaneously and uncooled. The Pinot Blanc spent 6 months on the fine lees and matured in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
